Excuses. I make them all the time. I'm too tired. It's too hot. I don't have time. Blah. Blah. Blah. Lame. Excuses.
I'm getting better with myself. However summertime really does push my bedtime later so early morning runs are almost out of the question.
An "early" run has now become 9:00 which is when the humidity is fully kicked in. I agonize every second of those runs. Even the 29 mins after when I'm still dripping sweat inside with AC on and laying directly under a ceiling fan.
It all comes down to the mirror. Look at it. Shake your fist. Take charge.
Go run. Learn the language. Build a house.
