Run Your Town is a running competition between towns across New Jersey (or other states). It is zip code vs. zip code.
Since zip codes are various sizes, this competition won't come down the most mileage. Instead, in true MEAN GUY running fashion, the total mileage logged for each zip code will be divided by the numbers of registered runners for that zip code (THE MEAN, or average).
Each month, the town with the highest mileage per runner will be awarded the MONTHLY MEANIES. What does that mean? First, the winning zip will have a donation in their name given to a local charity. Second, straight up bragging rights! Third, one member of that community will be randomly selected for a year-long MEAN GUY running membership. And finally, the zip code will be recorded and posted on the MGr website, Facebook page, and newsletter as the MONTHLY MEANIE.
